The Sponsor: Skippy Peanut Butter was the show’s main, primary sponsor throughout the 1950s.

The Pitchman: Host Art Baker (and later Jack Smith) regularly integrated live, long-form commercial breaks right on set promoting Skippy.

Famous Catchphrase: Baker would close out requests by looking at the camera and saying, “You asked for it!”

That showed how things were made. I would say it was aired in the 50’s. Maybe 60’s
I remember the ads were

I’m not sure if my last went through, so I’ll try again…..
does anyone remember the name of a tv show, from either the 50’s or the early 60’s with a character named Keto( possibly Kato). It was sort of a creepy show as this character used to live under the stairs!!
